Artbooks are books that contain information about a specific anime series. Additionally, of course, they contain many full-colored pictures, and often pull-out images and posters. They're marvelous things, really.

I've no idea if the Card Captor Sakura Anime Artbooks are translated in North America (under any name but "Cardcaptors"). All of the artbooks I've bought are in Japanese, and thus, are Japanese imports. Many online anime stores will sell artbooks, as well as eBay, and even Amazon.com. But, remember, on eBay you want to look for sellers with a lot of good reviews (we're talking 500-1,000+). Buying from stores on eBay is always your best bet. :] If you're interested in buying CCS artbooks (which are definitely worth it, take it from someone who has them!), I recommend buying from eBay sellers with stores or online anime stores with credibility.
