In a young girl's room, the plush toys are going crazy and bouncing around while she sleeps. One by one, they all fly out the window!

On Sakura's way to school, she meets Maki Matsumoto, owner of the cute store "Twin Bells". Maki has just moved into the town and tells Sakura to stop by the store on her way back from school, as she should be opened by then. The only problem is Maki keeps dropping boxes...

That day, after Sakura's cheerleading practice and Tomoyo's choir practice is over, Sakura, Tomoyo, Rika, Naoko, and Chiharu walk over to Twin Bells. Tomoyo needs a purse to hold her camera batteries in, while Sakura needs notebooks. Chiharu loves stuffed animals, and all of them want to see the cute, new shop.

When the girls arrive at the shop, they see there are boxes piled up and unemptied inside. It looks like the store isn't open... but the sign on the door says it is. Through the window, the girls can see Maki falling with a box in her hands.

The girls enter the shop and offer to help Maki set up. They want to see the cute things in the shop as soon as possible, so Maki lets them help. Maki lets slip a star plush-toy, but regardless, the shop is tidied up in no time. Maki gives the girls tea as a thank-you, and tells them to come by tomorrow to see the finishing touches. Chiharu wants the girls to come to her house to see her new plush toys. Suddenly, a box falls down from atop a pile, and a panda plush toy bounces all the way to Chiharu's feet.

At Chiharu's house, she has plush toys all over her room! Maki's panda being one of them. When Chiharu brings the girls downstairs to show them bigger plush toys in the living room, there's a loud noise that comes from upstairs. When the girls get to Chiharu's room, they see the panda plush toy is gone!

The next day at school during P.E., Tomoyo and Sakura start talking about Chiharu's situation. Apparently, there was no sign that anyone had gone into the room or left any traces. Tomoyo mentions a disturbing rumor she heard from her mother (who is the C.E.O. of a big toy company) saying bad things happen to people who shop at a certain store... that is, they have things stolen. There's no way to be sure it's Maki's shop, but the story does fit.

After school, Tomoyo and Sakura visit Maki's shop again. They see Chiharu's panda is among the stuffed animals not yet put away... Maki looks terrified and says, "This again..." She says the same thing happened many times when she previously owned another shop in another town. Rumors started that if you shop at Twin Bells, your house will be robbed. People started thinking Maki was a thief. It turns out Maki was engaged to a designer who died in an accident. He loved plush toys and wanted to sell plush toys that he designed in his own shop. "If I quit... he'll be sad... but I can't do this anymore!"

That night, Sakura asks Kero-chan if there are any Clow Cards that steal plush toys. Apparently there are not... but Sakura wants Kero-chan to come with her to Maki's shop to see if he can sense the presence of a Clow Card there.

At Twins Bells, Tomoyo distracts Maki asking her about the tea she had made for them the other day and how to brew it. Maki and Tomoyo go into the back room, while Sakura and Kero-chan creep in undetected, searching for a Clow Card. The round panda plush toy starts rolling around unnoticed. While Tomoyo is trying her hardest to distract Maki with useless information about tea and video cameras, Kero-chan detects the presence of a Clow Card! It's in the panda plush toy, but just before Sakura grabs it, the presence leaves and goes into another plush toy. Sakura and Kero-chan go through all of the plush toys individually, until they come across an ugly pink creature that's the Jump card!

Suddenly, Jump causes all of the plush toys in the shop to float and jump around. They're spinning around Sakura, when Maki hears the noise and goes to investigate. When that happens, Jump makes the plush toys form a giant mass and jumps out the window with the huge blob of plush toys just behind it. Maki faints. Tomoyo is left to take care of Maki, while Sakura and Kero-chan go after Jump. "It's a shame... I can't film her this time," Tomoyo says to herself.

Sakura and Kero-chan chase Jump and its army of plush toys through the park, barely keeping up. Sakura tries to grab Jump, but falls on her face. Jump starts throwing plush toys at Sakura and Kero-chan... but they're plush toys. They don't hurt at all. Jump starts to run again, but Sakura grabs it this time... but she's taken along for a ride, as Jump has jumped hundreds of feet in the air. Jump jumps off Sakura, who is tumbling down to earth...

Sakura thinks fast and uses the Fly card. She safely gets down to the ground and meets up with Jump at the King Penguin. Jump is jumping all around and Sakura can't seal it... so she uses Wood to enclose it within a dome of trees. Tomoyo catches up with Sakura at this point, video camera ready. Maki has regained consciousness and is all right. But back where Kero-chan is (under a large cow... or hippo? plush toy), all of the plush toys are being re-summoned by Jump. Jump escapes from the dome of trees, jumps high up into the air and has all of the plush toys add to its size, becoming giant!

Sakura, Tomoyo and Kero-chan decide to split up to run away from it. Jump pursues Sakura, who stops in front of the King Penguin. She braces herself for whatever Jump is about to do.... Jump picks up its right foot, and it looks like he's going to crush Sakura! But he loses his balance and falls flat on his back, releasing all the plush toys and going down to his miniature size. He knocked himself out. Sakura seals Jump, proclaiming, "It was an anticlimactic ending." Kero-chan says Jump is aggressive but stupid. Now Sakura, Tomoyo and Kero-chan have to return all of the plush toys to the Maki's shop.

The next day, Maki's shop is doing great. There are a lot of customers and everything is set up. But poor Sakura accidentally knocks over a carousel of stationary... at least Jump can't do the same anymore!
