First Aired: August 18, 1998 Kero-chan ni Omakase!
Glowing particles surround Sakura. She starts talking to herself by saying "This is probably.." but then she wakes up because Kero-chan is screaming in her face. He continues her sentence by saying "probably.." but Sakura says she cannot remember the dream. Kero then tells her that it is very important for Sakura to remember her dreams because with powerful magical people their dreams tend to be premonitions. Sakura opens her window and looks around. She says that there is a nice breeze. Kero mentions that Sakura has summer work to do still, but Sakura says that it is her night to prepare dinner. She runs off to the kitchen looking at what ingredients she has so she knows what to make. She decides she will make "Okonomiyaki". She needs to go grocery shopping to get the rest of the ingredients for the meal. While she gets ready to go, Kero comments that he likes modern-okonomiyaki -- the one where you put soba noodles on top. Sakura is done buying ingredients for dinner and is on her way home. She sees a bulletin that says there is a festival and that day is the last day it will be open. She decides she will ask Tomoyo to go with her. She also decides to take a little detour on her way home. She passes by Yukito's house to see if he is there. She does not see him, but from his roof top Yukito yells to her. He invites her inside for tea and snacks. They are talking but a bell reminds Sakura of the time and she must be on her way home. Yukito tells her he must drop something off for Touya so he will walk her home as well. On their way home, Sakura is staring at Yukito and bumps into somebody. It turns out to be Touya who she bumped into and he makes fun of her for not looking where she's going. The scene cuts to Sakura and Touya preparing dinner. Yukito says he will help since he is staying to eat. While they are chopping ingredients Yukito mentions the festival. Sakura says that she was going to invite Tomoyo to go to the festival with her. Touya asks if it is just them 2 going and Sakura nods. Touya says he will also go because "he wants to". Yukito says that he will also go. When Sakura goes to call Tomoyo to ask if she is able to go, Yukito comments that Touya is just watching over Sakura because it is unsafe for 2 young girls to go out so late at night. Because it's true, Touya tells Yukito to shut up. While Kero-chan is drooling over his modern-okonomiyaki, Sakura is trying to figure out what she will wear to the festival. Kero asks if she is going out and he says that since she is going to the festival she must get him many souvenirs. It is now time for them to go to the festival. Tomoyo comments on how nice Sakura is looking and that she will be able to tape her today because she brought her camcorder. They enter the festival. Tomoyo records Sakura attempting to pick up a water yo-yo. Sakura fails but Yukito was watching and he gets one for her. Sakura asks Tomoyo if she is bored just watching but Tomoyo says that she is having fun if she is able to record Sakura having fun. They see Chiharu and Yamazaki in the distance and yell out to say hello. They ask where Rika and Naoko are but they are at piano lessons. Chiharu comments on Sakura's water yo-yo saying it's very cute and of course Yamazaki tells a lie about their origins. Chiharu spots this and once again just tells them he is lying. The children hear a noise and it turns out to be Syaoran at a shooting booth winning all the animals. Yukito comes and says that it is amazing. Syaoran starts to blush realizing who said it and he gives Yukito many of the prizes he won. In the background, Chiharu is telling Yamazaki that she wants a toy and that if he wins it for her she will bake for him. He says that he must pray then so that he is still safe after eating her baking. Chiharu starts to playfully choke Yamazaki while Sakura and Tomoyo admire their close friendship. Then Tomoyo sees a stuffed animal and asks if Sakura wants it. She says she does and Yukito says it's very cute. Syaoran runs off and Touya follows him. It turns out they are having a ring toss battle to see who will win the bunny first. While they are competing, Tomoyo says that she will stay and watch. Sakura and Yukito go off but get off track. They come across "fireflies". These are the same things that Sakura saw in her dream, and she recognizes this. As she is about to say something to Yukito, Syaoran and Touya pop out of the bushes both holding the same bunny. Syaoran gives his to Yukito while Touya gives his to Sakura. Yamazaki said he saw a snow-cone shop somewhere around the corner and they should get some. They decide that they will but Sakura says she has something on her mind. Tomoyo tells them to go along without them. Sakura realized that the fireflies were not fireflies at all but a Clow Card. Tomoyo of course gets out her tape while Sakura captures the card. After capturing it, they know that the card is the "Glow". Sakura also says that the card is the reason she was so happy. They follow the others and the episode ends.
