Tsubasa Clothes > Clow Country, Celes, & Feudal Japan
A guide to the attire from the many worlds of Tsubasa.
Clow Country is the home world of Sakura and Syaoran, Celes is where Fai hails before seeing the time-space witch, and Feudal Japan is where Kurogane served under Princess Tomoyo before meeting the same fate. So essentially, the clothes from their native lands are "default". It's what they wear before mixing in with the people in a new world and while travelling through dimensions.
Syaoran (Clow Country)

Wearing goggles
Syaoran's clothes are quite rustic. They're easy to move around in, and you can tell he doesn't really care if he gets dirty (perfect for someone whose profession requires excavating in dirt.) He has a long, rugid cape that is often given to a cold Sakura to keep warm with. But like Sakura's outfit, it's good for both hot and cold temperatures.

In Syaoran's cloak
Sakura's clothes in Clow Country are very regal - due to the fact she's Princess. The clothes are very conventional. Without the overcoat, the outfit is fit for the scorching desert sun. But, of course, the overcoat is good for nighttime when the temperature plummets.
Fay (Celes)

Decked out

Semi-decked out

Not decked out
Fay, what a wizard! His clothes are definitely lavish, though don't be mistaken: Fay is not the king of "Seresu" (Celes), as Del Rey erroneously proclaimed in his profile in their first volume of Tsubasa!
Kurogane (Feudal Japan)

Could he be any more of a warrior? Honestly! A perfect ten.
