The Miteshu have finally arrived to Ryonfi! But the Ryoshi is completely confident that absolutely no one can arrive in town as long as his hijutsu is still surrounding the city, and as long as he still has Sakura's feather.

At Chunyan's house, Chunyan begins to wonder why she's reminded of her mother every time she looks at Sakura... Meanwhile, the guys discuss the possibility of one of Sakura's feathers being inside the castle. But, they must first destroy the hijutsu surrounding the castle. Mokona then asks Yuuko, the Dimension Witch, for help! Yuuko then asks Fay if he could still cast magic without the marking he used as payment, but still decided not to use magic. For payment, Fay gives Yuuko his magical staff for the magical sphere that could take down the hijutsu. As they embark to the castle, Syaoran stops Chunyan from coming with them.

Yuuko's item did the trick as Syaoran kicked it into the hijutsu barrier and broke it! Once they entered the castle, they found themselves on a one-way path. After Fay senses a strong power from a part in the wall, Kurogane knocks the wall down. Beyond the wall is Kiishimu, the most powerful hijitsu user in the land, who was trapped in the castle by the Ryoshi, using the power of Sakura's feather. Obviously put there to stop Syaoran and the others from passing, Kiishimu ensues a battle with them using her hijutsu! She changes the scenery and makes an illusion, but any harm done to the gang by the water and bubbles in the area, is real! Fay and Kurogane make weapons for themselves using a lamppost and can now destroy the bubbles without touching them!

In town, the townspeople are going to storm the castle! Chunyan wants to go to the castle, but Sakura stops her. While Syaoran advances to get Sakura's feather, Fay and Kurogane are left to fight with Kiishimu. The bubbles are beginning to inflate, and are closing in on them! Meanwhile, Sakura begins to glow and goes out with Chunyan.

Syaoran and Mokona are now walking through the castle, and are now faced by the Ryoshi's son! He's bigger and stronger now, thanks to his father's hijutsu... And wants to take Syaoran down.
